An angry customer said this on Sitejabber "I believe companies such as Panjiva make money off of handing out (public records or not) MY hard earned proprietary information are unfortunate leeches. Blood, sweat, tears and a lot of money was put into finding my own quality manufacturer... and I find it on your site for sale. Shame on you all. The low ball people who are looking to rip this information off should also have had to find it them selves the hard way. You're all a bunch of scum bags. Where's MY CUT of the subscription money you get paid to share my information? Why was my permission not asked? While 'technically legal' this is totally unethical and I could NOT have a lower opinion of your company".
Sales Development says"I worked at Panjiva Cons: This company is not serious about making any money or growing as a "startup". They are more concerned with maintaining a small nucleus of friends in senior management positions. There is no chance of making it from a Sales Development Rep to an Account Executive in a timely manner. Apply for an Account Management job - you'll be treated very well by the inner circle even though you bring no money to the company."
Current Employee - Anonymous Employee says"I have been working at Panjiva full-time for more than a year Cons: They take months to collect on Accounts Receivable and commission is not paid to the Sales Development Executive rf the Account Executive until after AR collected - in most cases the commission isn't paid until 3 months after the sale at the earliest. Over 10 employees were laid off with no warning after investing themselves in setting up the new office, and it kind of killed the spirit for the rest of us who were left after that. Panjiva will ask you to do extra things for them and go out of your way to grow the company, but will not go out of their way to reciprocate the effort with a higher salary."
Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says"I worked at Panjiva full-time Cons: Low retention and low pay"
Former Employee - Anonymous Employee says"I worked at Panjiva full-time Cons: No room for growth Cliquey culture"
Current Employee - Anonymous Employee says"I have been working at Panjiva full-time for more than a year Cons: Management team is apathetic and less qualified than the people they manage. No real growth potential."
